Supply, fabrication, and installation of double-glazed windows, doors, curtain wall systems, polycarbonate cladding, and zinc metal cladding systems.
Crafting an Architectural Identity for Contemporary Dining
VICI Restaurant was conceived as more than a dining destination — it was envisioned as a contemporary social and culinary experience where architecture, atmosphere, and identity intersect. The project’s visual identity centered around transparency, lighting, texture, and layered material expression.

Execution & Results
Ace Facades was responsible for the supply, fabrication, and installation of the restaurant’s glazing systems, curtain walls, polycarbonate cladding, and zinc metal façade elements. The translucent red façade treatment and polycarbonate systems were carefully engineered to create a dynamic relationship between interior ambience and the surrounding urban environment — allowing the building itself to become part of the experience.
By combining contemporary glazing technologies with expressive material systems, Ace Facades helped shape a commercial environment that feels immersive, recognizable, and architecturally distinctive within Lagos’ evolving hospitality landscape.
“The façade was designed not only to enclose the space — but to attract, reveal, and elevate the experience within.”
