Supply, fabrication, and installation of approximately 2,000 sqm of double-glazed unitized curtain wall systems, aluminium windows and doors, aluminium louvres, glass balustrades, and approximately 5,300 sqm of ventilated porcelain slab systems with rockwool insulation and fire barrier integration.

Execution & Results
Ace Facades was engaged to deliver a comprehensive envelope package including double-glazed unitized curtain wall systems, aluminium glazing works, ventilated porcelain slab façades, aluminium louvres, and integrated insulation and fire barrier systems. A defining feature of the project was the adoption of unitized curtain wall installation technology — a significant evolution from conventional stick-built systems. By prefabricating façade units offsite before installation, Ace Facades improved installation speed, precision, quality control, and site coordination for the high-rise hospitality development.
The result is a façade engineered not only for visual refinement, but also for thermal performance, acoustic comfort, durability, and operational efficiency — all essential elements within modern hospitality environments.
