Redefining Vertical Luxury on the Accra Skyline
Rising 30 storeys above Accra’s Airport Residential Area, Villagio Vista Echo Tower stands as the tallest building in the city — redefining luxury vertical living in Ghana’s rapidly evolving urban landscape. The architectural ambition of the tower demanded a façade capable of balancing scale, elegance, and long-term environmental performance.

Execution & Results
For Ace Facades, the project represented an opportunity to contribute to a landmark development that would permanently alter the city’s skyline. The scope included the design, supply, fabrication, and installation of approximately 8,000 sqm of Alucobond Plus fire-rated cladding panels, alongside double-glazed aluminium windows, doors, and curtain wall systems. Working alongside global material partners including Schüco, Saint-Gobain, and 3A Composites, Ace Facades delivered a high-rise envelope engineered for durability, precision, and visual distinction.
More than a residential tower, Villagio Vista Echo represents a shift in how contemporary African cities approach high-rise living — integrating international façade standards into a landmark urban statement.
“Villagio Vista Echo was not simply designed to rise above the city — it was designed to redefine it.”
